5y - 3x - 10 = 0. First add everything with x over to the side opposite the y.

5y - 10 = 3x. Since 10 doesn’t have a y, we also add it to the other side.

5y = 3x + 10. Now to get y alone, we divide by 5.

y = (3/5)x + 2.
