READ THIS IF YOU ARE STRESSED

STAND UP!!!!! Go do this list now so your can feel better!

1) Get rid of ALL devises in the room except for the one you are doing school on, I PROMISE this helps with distractions.

2) Get something scented in here, essential oils, perfume, lotion, ANY SCENT HELPS to relieve your stress!

3) Get your pet and HUG IT, hugging your dog or cat has been SCIENTIFICALLY proven to relive stress.

4) Go outside, I am not asking you to bike or run or do anything, just sit out there for 5 minutes and get some fresh air (Reading a book outside always helps me).

5) Lastly, set a goal. You wont want to work for anything unless theres something in the end, EX: for every assignment I complete I will have one chocolate, for each subject I complete Ill watch a ytube video, ect...


PLEASE at least try this list to help, nothing good comes out of stress and you DESERVE to be HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!
