Slope-intercept form:

y = mx + b

Where m = slope and b = y -intercept

In this graph, the y-intercept is -7. However, the line doesn't have a slope since its a straight horizontal line.

So, the mx part of the equation isn't a part of this new equation.

So, your equation would just y = -7
