Summing all the frequencies, we deduce the total number of trials:

4+8+36+20+12=80

Knowing how many trials have been done, we deduce the probability of each outcome by dividing its frequency and the number of trials:

P(0)=(4)/(80)=(1)/(20),\quad P(1)=(8)/(80)=(1)/(10),\ldots

Convert these fractions to numbers, and drag each slider where it is supposed to be.

Fox example, we have

P(0)=(1)/(20) = 0.05

So, you'll have to drag the first slider up to 0.05, and so on.
