It all depends on the soil. Like down in Florida, the soil is a lot more sandy than it is in the mountains of the northeast. So in the northeast, you have to break up the soil a lot more in order to plant something.

Answer:

The farmers in different regions use different farming techniques in order to comply with the regional climatic conditions, weather, the fertility of the soil, etc.

Step-by-step explanation:

  • The farmers need to devise farming techniques depending upon factors like the climate, weather, availability of resources, type of soil, the fertility of the soil, the desired outcome, etc.
  • Farmers that have vast agricultural lands and crops spread over a large area need to practice mechanized farming, whereas, farmers with a limited land area need to practice manual farming.
  • The use of fertilizers, insecticides, pesticides, etc., also depends upon the factors listed above. Thus, farmers in different regions use different farming techniques.
