The perimeter of a regular octagon is 48 cm. If a larger, similar octagon is drawn with a side length ratio of 3:2 to the original octagon, what is the perimeter of the larger octagon?

Should be D. We can divide 48 by 8 to get 6 as the side length. Then divide 3 by 2 to get 1.5. Then multiply 1.5 by 6 to get 9. Then multiply 9 by 8 to get 72. Let me know if you have any questions. :)
