Answer: The slope of C'D' = 2

Explanation:

From the given picture, we can that the coordinates of point C and D are (5,4) and (4,2).

After dilation with scale factor of 8 with the origin as the center of dilation , the coordinates of C' and D' will be :-

C'=(8*5,8*4)=(40,32)

D'=(8*4,8*2)=(32,16)

Now, the slope of line segment C'D' will be

\text{Slope}=\frac{\text{Change in y-coordinate}}{\text{Changein x-coordinate}}\\\\\Rightarrow\text{Slope}=(16-32)/(32-40)\\\\\Rightarrow\text{Slope}=(-16)/(-8)\\\\\Rightarrow\text{Slope}=2
