Answer: The cost of building safe nuclear facilities .

Step-by-step explanation:

The nuclear energy is the harnessed in a nuclear power plant. In which the continuous nuclear fusion and fission reactions over a heavy metal takes place in controlled conditions of a nuclear reactor. The radiations and thermal energy produced in the reaction can be harmful for the surrounding environment. The leakage of radiations can be harmful as they can cause explosion in air and deadly mutation in living beings. The waste generated after the process is radioactive in nature which can also cause mutations. Although the nuclear energy is an alternate source of energy but it can be hazardous for the surrounding environment.

Among the options given, The cost of building safe nuclear facilities . is not a problem associated with the use of nuclear energy. As the generation of nuclear energy as the financial crises can be overcome but the loss of lives and environmental disasters caused by the nuclear radiations cannot be overcome.
