-2x + y = 7

y = 2x + 7

When x = -1; y = 2(-1) + 7 = 5

When x = 0, y = 7

when x = 1, y = 2(1) + 7 = 9

Now you have 3 coordinate points, you can graph the function

(0, 7), (-1 , 5), (1, 9)
