What lasting effects did the legacy of slavery have on future generations​

Lasting effects are something that will always will be looked down upon. There will still be racial profiling. Those with families who have gone through slavery will be taught about it and how in our time although slavery does not exist, racism will always be an issue.

coming from somebody whos great grandma was a slave, its something that will never be forgotten, by me, by my kids, or by my kids kids. It will always be remembered in a negative way. But if its not forgotten thats means hopefully we can stop anything like that from happening in the future.....
