Or you could them in and see which point makes the left hand less than 4?

So if you wanted to draw it is a circle with center (2,-3) and radius 2.

If you want to do it the other way:

Plug in time!

(2-2)^2+(-5+3)^2

0^2+(-2)^2

0+4=4 so not this one

(2,-4)?

(2-2)^2+(-4+3)^2

0+1
