To find the surface area of a cylinder, the formula is this:

(2 π r * 14.7ft) + (π r^2 * 2)

So it’s

(2 π 19.3 * 14.7) + (π 19.3^2 * 2) = 4123.0262

Nearest tenth is 4123.0 ft^2
