You can use that sum of the opposite interior angles is equal to that exterior one.

So (30)+(4x+2)=8+6x

Combine like terms on left

32+4x=8+6x

Subtract 4x on both sides

32=8+2x

Subtract 8 on both sides

24=2x

So x=12

To find Q replace x in 4x+2 with 12 giving you 4(12)+2=48+2=50
