7/18 because its a fraction and it does not have a rational sign on it

sqrt(80)

sqrt(18)

sqrt(12)

sqrt(196) = 14 which is rational.

7/18 is a fraction. There is nothing the matter with it. It is rational.

sqrt(80) = sqrt(16 * 5) = sqrt(4*4* 5) = 4 sqrt(5) which is irrational.
