Note: this may not be correct, I haven't done angles in a while and kind of forgot most of it but this is what I think the answer is.

Answer: b=157° c=23° d=157°

Explanation:

The line goes straight across each other. This creates same angles on either side of the line. Angle C is a reflection of Angle A, so C is also 23°.

Half a full circle is 180°. If angles B and D are less than half a circle, but more than Angles A and C, then:

180-23=157

Angles B and D are 157° each.
