OK we have a right angle A and we're interested in angle B.

Relative to B, AB=7 is the adjacent side and AC=17 is the opposite side so we have:

\tan B = \frac{\textrm{opp}}{\textrm{adj}} = (17)/(7)

B = \arctan (17)/(7) \approx 67.62 ^\circ

Answer: 68
