For this case we have that by definition, the slope of a line is given by:


m = \frac {y_ {2} -y_ {1}} {x_ {2} -x_ {1}}

Where:


(x_ {1}, y_ {1})\\(x_ {2}, y_ {2})

They are two points through which the line passes.

We have as data that:


(x_ {1}, y_ {1}) :( 0,0)\\(x_ {2}, y_ {2}): (- 2, -3)

Substituting:


m = \frac {-3-0} {- 2-0}\\m = \frac {-3} {- 2}\\m = \frac {3} {2}

Thus, the slope of the line is
\frac {3} {2}
