What are some legal issues that could arise due to drug abuse?

Most people would say just overdosing, but that’s far from the effects of it. Legal issues are coming from the base of drug use. One of the answers could obviously be overdose, but that’s not legal issues. Drug use could prevent someone from getting a right job or even maintaining jobs. They have drug test usually at most jobs. And sometimes they don’t even inform you before hand. Another problem could be losing the ability to see your children. The Child Protective Services could take away your children if they are informed of your drug use. It would be extremely difficult to get them back.

Answer: Many people could OD or die from drug abuse (also know as over-using drugs), other's happen to go to rehab.
