Why might an author choose to use a third-person narrator? Apex

A. To show the thoughts and feelings of one character
B. To tell the story from many different perspectives

I believe the answer would be B because the reader knows all the characters feelings not just one and usually when an another writes in third person they want you to capture different perspectives from each character
