For example, under this system, the Judicial branch has the authority to declare the unconstitutionality of laws passed by the Legislative and acts of the Executive, and at the same time, the President is responsible for appointing the Justices of the Supreme Court, and the Legislative is responsible for confirming or rejecting those nominees.
