Answer:

False

Explanation:

Consider the odd numbers less than 15

1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13

A prime number has only 2 factors, namely 1 and itself

9 has factors : 1, 3, 9 ← not Prime

The statement is therefore False

Answer:

False

Explanation:

Let's list all the odd numbers less than 15.

13, 11, 9, 7, 5, 3, 1

Prime numbers are numbers that can only be multiplied by 1 and themselves. But, we can see, that 9 can be multiplied by 3 and 3, making it a not-prime number (sorry I don't remember the exact name for that, I'm blanking out).

The number 9 makes that statement false.

Hope I helped! ouo.
