The answer is A

Because choices B and E are correct (they are starting from 0), choice C is obvious because this histogram has different datas, choice D is also obvious because your histogram can have different colors it doesn’t matter.

Now why is A, is because he said in the article “...children younger that 10” this is not the correct way to say in histogram.
The correct way will be like 0 to 10 or 10 to 30 are the least likely to go to the library.
