What are the main differences in the types of exercises appropriate for children aged 2 to 5 years compared to tho

aged 6 to 7 years?​

For ages 6-7 maybe hard for 2-5 years because of their body

Children ages 2-5 and 6-7 are very different in size, strength, and endurance. Children 2-5 will not need exercise as challenging as children 6-7
