So the median distribution in a histogram is a fancy way of saying what is the median number in the graph. So this "graph" has numbers from 1 all the way to 10. The median here is between 5 and 6 being 5.5

There are also 21 numbers and so the number that is in the middle of this is going to be the 11th number which is in the number 5 column.
