You are given a line that has a slope of 4 and passes through the point a (3/8×1/2). Which statements about the equation of the line are true? Check all that apply. The y-intercept is -1. The slope-intercept equation is y = 4x-1. The point-slope equation is y-3/8=4(x-1/2). The Point (3/8×1/2) corresponds to (X1, y1) in the point-slope form of the equation.

Answer:

y-1/2=4(x-3/8)

(2y-1)/2=4(8x-3)/8

2y-1=[4(8x-3)/4]

2y-1=8x-3

8x-2y-2 is the eqn

taking 2 common we get

4x-y-1=0

we get

y intercept as -1

then,

y=1+4x
