The slope would be -7 and the y-intercept would be 5

Substitute the x for a 0

5✖️0= 0

This leaves you with

Y=0-7

Remove the 0 since you subtract

Y= -7

Slope= 5

Hope this helps! :3

Answer:

Slope: 5

y-intercept: -7

Explanation:

Slope-intercept form is written as '
y=mx+b',
(x,y) being any point on the line,
m its slope, and
b the line's y-intercept.

y=mx+b

y=5x-7

In this equation,
m=5, and
b=-7.
