Ok, seeing as nobody else has posted an answer I will do my best with my knowledge outside of cooking. On the conductivity scale cast iron is higher than glass. I don’t believe gas can conduct electricity and I’m not certain about the dense liquids. So in the end I would go with iron. Hope this helps.
