They consists of mesophyll cells that builds the pressure inside the cell because of which the gaseous exchange takes place.

This process is important for the plants and other organisms in order to survive and get energy.

3. Meristems: This is the region of the plant that keeps on dividing. These cells give rise to various organs of the plant body.

This is found in the growth regions. These cells are found in the roots of the plants.
