Step-by-step explanation:

Before going towards the answer, we need know what Interpersonal or Social Skills actually are. Interpersonal skills are the ability of a person to communicate with others and be aware of his own internal abilities. Important interpersonal skills include verbal and non verbal communication, negotiation, problem solving, listening skills, decision making, etc. When a person is good at interpersonal skills, he can speak his heart out and can communicate with others and make them understand what he thinks or wants. If he fails to communicate, he would get depressed. He would feel like heavy from inside that leads to severe depression for him. It is commonly noticed that when a person speaks his heart out, he feels calm and at peace but if he can't, he feels so depressed, discourage and disheartened.
