I think this is a good photograph because the photographer clearly shows the beauty of the city and it really highlights the sky and the lights that are illuminating the city. The photographer was smart in using an landscape format/view to give a better picture of the frame of the city. They had highlights and shadows from the trees in the front to the lights further away giving the picture more depth.
