3x+4y=20 y intercept

To find the y intercept you must make x zero and solve for y:

3(0) + 4y = 20

0 + 4y = 20

4y/4 = 20/4

y = 5

This means that the y intercept is:

(0, 5)

Hope this helped!

Use the slope-intercept form y = mx + b to find the slope m and y intercept 'b'

Y - Intercept: 5

(Slope:) -3/4
