a = 7, b = -10 and c = 13.

Explanation:

7x^2 - 4x + 5 = 6x - 8

Rearranging:

7x^2 - 4x - 6x + 5 + 8 = 0

7x^2 - 10x + 13 = 0

So a = 7, b = -10 and c = 13.
