The temperature in Oslo was −20∘C at midday. At 4 pm, the temperature rose 3∘C, and then dropped 8∘C at 8 pm. Anyone Help me out? Because im not sure with with the rising by 3 degrees C part, because I think that it is - 20 + 3 which = -23 or -17 im not sure please help me out
