Answer: I would contend that the right answer is the A) The image of an eagle suggests strength and confidence.

Explanation: Just to elaborate a little on the answer, it can be added that eagles have an exceptional eyesight, which gives them confidence and strength. By placing one "at the top of the Tree of the Long Leaves," or the Tree of Peace, the members of the six nations who agreed to this Constitution—also known as the Great Law of Peace—trusted in the animal's ability to spot an approaching danger and warn them about it, which, in turn, would protect them and make them feel secure. Because of the peaceful nature of this agreement, the image of the eagle does not suggest fierceness, restlessness or aggressiveness.​
