Let the function f be defined as f(x) = 5x² - 7(4x + 3).
What is the value of f(3) ?​

Solution :-

Given : f(x) = 5x² - 7(4x + 3)

Now,

f(3) = 5 × 3² - 7(4 × 3 + 3)

= 5 × 9 - 7(12 + 3)

= 45 - 7 × 15

= 45 - 105

= - 60

Hence,

f(3) = - 60
