If
x_0 is a zero of a polynomial, then the polynomial is a multiple of
(x-x_0)

So, our polynomial is a multiple of

(x+4)(x-4)(x-6)=x^3-6x^2-16x+96

The answer isn't unique in theory, since every multiple of this polynomial would be fine. I don't know what the website expects as an answer honestly.
