Some people are physically born with bodies that allow them to do things easier than others. This is known as talent. A strong worker can be talented, but the difference is that strong workers are incredibly hard-working and tenacious. For example, a person born with the perfect ballerina physique would mean nothing if they weren't willing to work and practice in order to become one. Hard work and tenacity make a strong worker, but talent does not.

Answer:

Talent only pays off if one applies it. That still means one has to work hard, not as hard as those who develop the skills naturally. ... But hard work beats talent any day because hard work has 1 thing that talent doesn't have, EXPERIENCE.
