On a number cube, rolling any number is a 1/6 probability ( 1 out of 6 numbers).

On the spinner the probability of getting 3 is 1/3 ( 1 out of 3 numbers).

The probability of getting both a 4 and then a 3 is 1/6 x 1/3 = 1/18
