Calligraphy is the art of beautiful handwriting, derived from the Greek words beauty (kallos) and to write (graphein). However, the earliest calligraphy was found in the 7th century AD in China. It is done to create an aesthetic experience for the viewer.

Calligraphers use different instruments, such as:

  • Quill,
  • Dip pen,
  • Ink brush,
  • Qalam, and
  • Fountain pen. (I have many of these uwu)
