First off, I think it is extremely important to help others because if you don't, how do you expect them to help you later on in life if you need the help? Helping others is great because they know that they can trust you when they need you and they will also earn your respect.

helping my friend with his homework assignment because he helped me a couple weeks ago.
sharing with somebody who does not have what you have.
