Weight is the amount of gravitational force acting upon you which does change with altitude but mass does not.

False, the mass of an object never changes. The weight of an object may vary due to the location but the mass never changes. The mass is said to be changes only when an object travels very fast ( like close to speed of light).But not in the above mentioned cases.
