Which of these statements is true?

Diagram the dependent clause first.

Diagram the independent clause first.

Diagram adjective clauses before independent clauses.

When diagramming sentences, it makes no difference which clause is diagrammed first.

Answer: independant first (dont quote me on that)

Explanation: I believe its the independent clause first because the independent can stand on its own, where as the dependent clause cannot. It needs something to "depend" on. But thats just my theory.

Answer:

The statement that is true is:

Diagram the independent clause first.

Step-by-step explanation:

The reason why this sentence is true is that when you diagram clauses you have to start by identifying the independent clause because it can exist without more information. Then, you have to proceed to add the dependant clause because it complements the independent clause by providing information required to understand the whole message.
