I assume the 38º measurement refers to the measure of arc BE. Then


37^\circ=\frac{m\widehat{AJ}-38^\circ}2\implies m\widehat{AJ}=112^\circ

and so


32^\circ=\frac{112^\circ-m\widehat{FH}}2\implies m\widehat{FH}=\boxed{48^\circ}

(I think the theorem I used here is called "angle of intersecting secants")
