(6,-11)

Explanation:

Given

Point B' = (4,-8)

And the translation formula (x-2, y+3)

In order to get the coordinates of the point before translation, both given points have to be put equivalent.

So, for x-coordinate

x-2 = 4

x= 4+2

x= 6

And for y-coordinate

y+3 = -8

y = -8-3

y=-11

So the old coordinates of old point were (6,-11) ..
