If the circumference of this circle is 1.8 cm, then the radius of the circle must be r = 1.8 cm / (2π), because C = 2πr.

Then r = 0.2865 cm

and r² = 0.0821

The area of the circle is A = πr². Using π = 3.14 and r² as shown above,

we get A = (3.14)(0.0821 cm²) = 0.2577 cm²
