So 8x3= 24!!!

A=2πrh+2πr^2 - that is the equation we have to use - for surface area, not area.

Since we are given the radius (r) and height (h) we can just plug things in...

A = 2(3.14)(8cm)(3cm)+(2)(3.14)(8cm)(2)^2 = A≈552.92
