It is rotational symmetry. This is because rotational symmetry means it is able to be rotated, and looks the same. This is true with this figure. The lines demonstrate that it is an equal dimensioned 2D shape.

It is ALSO reflection symmetry because this means it can be split through the center and looks exactly the same, as if it was a reflection. This is true here too because it has the same amount of lines split through the same angle on each side making it equal. You can also see a line already going through the shape, and as you can see if you look at see side it looks equal, like a reflection.

The answer is D.

Explanation:

The lines represent the lines of symmetry where the image can be reflected upon. Hence it is reflectional.

The dot in the middle of the image tells us that the image can be rotated about the dot to produce the exact same image. Hence it is rotational.

The answer is both rotational and reflectional.
