No it’s is not because the variables of both the numbers has to be the same.

Explanation:

Like terms are when the variables of two numbers are the same so they would not be like terms.

Example:

5x+7y Are not like terms because they have different variables

but...

5x+7x Are like terms because they have the same variable(x).
