NaOH moles= concentration x volume so 0.5 x 60= 30 moles

Since the ratio is H2SO4: NaOH = 1:2

30/2=15 moles of H2SO4

Volume of the acid is moles / concentration so 15/2 which gives you a volume of 7.5mL

Hope this helps !
