Carolyn never did think much about exercise when she was in high school. However, after gaining 10 pounds during her freshman year at college, she has begun to eat healthier as a sophomore, and has started an exercise program. She began her exercise program through involvement with the local cycling club during the start of the fall semester. She regularly attended all Monday afternoon rides and arranged her social and work schedule around this event whenever possible. Furthermore, if it rains, she goes inside to the gym and participates in a spinning class. In the spring semester, she enrolled in a swimming class and enjoyed swimming.
